WHAT IS THE 28-DAY TOTAL BODY CLEAN UP CHALLENGE?
The purpose of this program is to challenge you to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more fab lifestyle and to keep you on track for fab, fitness results!
The challenge is only for four weeks, with each week having a different goal, however, each week builds on the previous week’s habit. Here is an opportunity for you to start making those changes that you have been putting off, or if you already started, make them more grounded.
This program is intended to challenge you to get rid of some unhealthy nutrition habits to put you on track for a healthier lifestyle. You are not expected to give up things forever but just give it one month and you be the judge of how fantastic you look and feel!
Rules and Guidelines:
1. Read the “Total Body Clean Up” e-book for 4 weekly nutrition habits. The e-book contains guidelines, tips and recipes
2. Each week will be a different nutrition challenge to help participants cut calories, detox and add nutrients to their daily diet.
3. Log habit completion daily on the “Healthy Habits” tracker.
4. If you have consistently completed the healthy habits, (which means 90% of the time, then you have successfully completed the Total Body Clean Up Challenge).
